In an interesting move today, the Additional District & Sessions Judge of Patna (Bihar) allowed the regular bail petition of a woman who was charged under various sections of the IPC & Immoral Trafficking Act. The only recovery which was found by the Police Officers during the body frisk was 3 condoms. She was languishing in Beur Central Prison of Patna since more than 8 months.
